Jessica Jackson, Chiropractic Assistant & Office Manager
I began my journey in chiropractic care as a skeptic, but my perspective shifted when my husband became a patient and experienced remarkable improvements in his health. Witnessing his transformation and seeing the genuine care and dedication that Dr. Rauch provides to each patient inspired me to embrace the power of chiropractic care fully.
My best part of my job is connecting with our patients, whom I affectionately refer to as my “people.” I feel blessed to be a part of their healing journeys, watching them grow, recover, and learn. Celebrating their victories and praying with them through life’s challenges.
Outside of the office, I’m a loving wife and mother with a heart for my faith. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially on road trips, and cherishing those quiet, cozy moments at home with my beloved dog.

I first came to the practice as a patient after a few bad experiences with other chiropractors. Giving Dr. Rauch one more chance turned out to be the best decision I ever made. Now I truly understand how life-changing chiropractic care can be—for me, my husband, and our patients.
In my role, I help our office manager guide patients through therapy, and get them settled in their rooms. My favorite part of the job is simply loving on our patients—getting to know them, being a part of their lives, and being a positive presence when they come in.
Outside of work, I’m a proud boy mom, wife, and family girl. I’m an all-around animal lover with horses, dogs, and cats, who make my life full of joy every day.
